Me Dancing as a Jabbawockeez Crew Member

This is a video of me Dancing as a Jabbawockee for Halloween.

Okay, before you start assuming things, let me just say, I’m not officially a part of the Jabbawockeez crew by any means. I’m no where near that good of a dancer. Those guys are incredible!  (See their video compilation below). One year, like most years, I couldn’t figure out what I wanted to be. I tend to gravitate towards simple non-complicated costume ideas that I can pull off and be unique.

I figured, I love the Jabbawokeez Dance Crew, The Season 1 Champions from America’s Best Dance Crew TV show, and I’m a pretty good dancer, hmmm, maybe I can pull that off. So I went to the store and bought a mask, white  gloves, and slapped on a white tie and decided to call myself a Jabbawockee for Halloween.

This video was just me goofing around in my kitchen one last time before I had to pack away and retire my costume forever. I didn’t think it’d be anything worth looking at, but this video of me currently has Over 93,000 Views.

I’m in no way trying to indicate I’m on their level, or trying to impersonate them, or anything like that and for the record I’ve met the entire crew before and they’re really cool. (See the pictures below)

That story alone is worth a separate blog post, but the short version of the story is that I once went to an America’s Best Dance Crew Concert/Event. They had a Dance Competition at the event during intermission to determine the best dancer in the stadium. I came in first by crowd applause and won backstage tickets. I met all the crews and got a chance to hang with them all. The crews saw me perform and gave me props on my skills.

So before you think about busting on my dance game just know that although this video may not be, I’m personally “Jabbawockee approved.” 😉

This is another video of me doing a little break dancing during a brief intermission of  a Michael Jackson Tribute show in the Dominican Republic.

My friends peer pressured the heck out of me to do it and literally pushed me in front of the room! Haha!

So why did I post this ridiculously non-important blog post. Because It’s my blog and I can do what I want!! Haha! Nahh, I’m just kidding. I really did it because it was a fun story and I figured I’ve got a lot of business videos on this blog so I figured I’d switch it up and post some fun stuff on here every once in awhile.
